Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy
We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days, we try to ship within 1-3 working days. However, we are not always able to achieve this. Sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order can take a little longer. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices quoted do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs for most packages are:
Within Netherlands: €6,95
Other European countries: €12,00

Delivery takes place via the postman or parcel deliverer of Post NL within The Netherlands, or via your local post service in other European countries.

Returns policy
Returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount (excluding shipping costs). Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately €8 per package in The Netherlands (in other countries more), consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Mariri unopened in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@mariri.shop . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.

If the product or the packaging is damaged, we cannot take your product back. 

Exchanging a product
Do you want to exchange your product? You can contact info@mariri.shop for this. You bear the costs for returning the product yourself and will also have to pay the shipping costs for your new product.

Wrong delivery address
Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
